HOW THE CLUB WORKS:

Joining the club signs you up for a subscription membership
– that’s how we hold your place and keep your details on file.  Here are the basic expectations of how the
club works:

  1. Sign up for the club.  By completing the sign-up form, you are only
    signing up for the membership.  This is
    free – you aren’t buying any products yet.
  2. We prepare each release.  Each quarterly release month, we’ll put
    together an order for you based on the club level joined.  You will also have the ability to customize
    each order.
  3. You pay per release.  For each release you receive, you’ll be
    charged for the products in that order, plus shipping (if desired), using your
    saved payment method.
  4. Manage anytime.  Update your details, skip a release, or cancel
    from your account whenever you like.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS:

  • Releases occur quarterly:  March, June, September and December. 
  • Your credit card will be automatically charged on the first business day of each quarterly Release Month, and Release orders are available for pick up the first Wednesday of each quarterly Release Month. 
  • NOTE: For the launch month of September 2026, the release day will coincide with a “Launch & Release Party” on September 25, 2026.  All future quarterly release dates will be the first Wednesday of each quarterly Release Month.
  • You can gift a Wine Club membership to the wine lover in your life!  Your gift recipient will receive all ofthe club perks as well as the quarterly wine release.  You can simply choose the club level you desire and the default wine selection will be distributed to your recipient with each quarterly release.  Only you, as the Giver, will have access to the gifted club account information, credit card information as well as any ability to customize or change the gifted club. At the end of the 12-month period, an expiration reminder will be sent to both the Recipient and to Giver to assist in continuing membership.
  • Membership is ongoing and may be cancelled without penalty.
  • Members who wish to terminate their subscription can do so on their Wine Club account page or by emailing info@aubreyvineyards.com at least 14 days prior to the next wine release to avoid being charged for the quarterly release.
  • Perks are designed to give you the best possible pricing on your (perks cannot be combined with other promotional offers).
  • Complimentary monthly tasting perks reset at the start of each month to encourage fresh exploration and cannot be accrued.
  • Don’t forget to add your significant other’s name when you sign up!  Wine Club membership perks can also be enjoyed by significant other.
  • Any changes in contact information, shipping address or credit card information should be updated immediately on your Wine Club account page or should be conveyed to the wine club coordinator at info@aubreyvineyards.com to avoid delays in shipping or additional shipping charges for returned shipments.

PICK UP AND SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • Members can choose to pick up Wine Club orders or have the order delivered to over 37 states (shipping charges apply).
  • We look forward to seeing you!  Enjoy the flexibility of picking up your wine within 30 days of release.  Orders not picked up by this time will be shipped using the Member’s credit card on file.
  • If a shipment returns to the winery, we will safely hold it for an additional 30 days to arrange a convenient reunion.
