Locally pressed and aged in American Oak, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is a balanced medium-bodied red wine that is sure to delight. Bold plum, elderberry, and deep cherry flavors pair gracefully with clove, cardamom, and licorice spices. In the background, smooth tannins and wood notes round out this rich bouquet of fruit and spice.
This elegant dry red wine exhibits complex spicy, smoky and earthy aromas and flavors complimented by layers of black cherry and wild berries. Its silky, velvety texture and light to medium body resemble the finest burgundies.
The 2015 Chambourcin Semi-Dry offers a generous bouquet of cranberry, red raspberry, and blackberry flavors. This full bodied wine grows in acidity, allowing tart cherry and pepper notes to slowly take over. A deep and extensive finish continues to ring boldly with dry fruit and spice.
A long and slow growing season allows grapes to fully ripen yet retain acidity, yielding wine of exceptional balance. In its pure form without use of any oak, this Chardonnay expresses everything these grapes have to offer – pronounced aromas and flavors of grapefruit and Meyer lemon with a subtle background of freshly baked bread, steaming from the prolonged aging on fine lees.
These Chambourcin grapes were freshly pressed and then aged in stainless steel, resulting in a dry rosé. Age, combined with filtration, results in a rosé with the striking color of a light garnet. Aromas of sweet and tart cherries are presented along with that of rose petals. This dry rosé wine shows combinations of floral and spicy, dry and refreshing.
The 2015 Tawny is a rich, voluptuous port wine aged in oak barrels. Plum, toffee, fig and rum raisin are center stage atop a backdrop of spice, walnuts, and wood. Cognac and black cherry notes rise in an inviting aroma that is perfect alongside dark cocoa desserts, or as a companion by the fireplace.
