- Premier: classic dry wine presentations,
- Varietal: grapes presented in their native forms; the wine is named after the grape,
- Spritzed: carbonation has been added to give another dimension to these wines,
- Fruit: these wines made purely from non-grape fruits or honey,
- Dessert: warm and rich ports are available and have a higher alcohol level.
