FULL TIME Wine Bartender/Wine Tasting Experience Specialist

Aubrey Vineyards, an Overland Park winery, is now hiring an entry level full-time tasting room sales representative. The AV Sales and Marketing team moves at a fast pace, carries a positive attitude and fosters a creative and outgoing reputation in the local wine industry. We strive to be different!

Entertaining our guests on their personal wine journey is at the heart of our team’s mission. The right candidate will be trained by senior members in ways to enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests and, in turn, sell wine to these potential customers and clients in the tasting room. 

Enjoying or expressing a desire to learn about wines sold in the Midwest is a plus. The right candidate will be very motivated, proactive, personable, charismatic, and possess excellent organization/time management skills. In addition, flexibility is a requirement on this team – did we mention fast moving pace?

This is a full-time position that will cover shifts throughout Wednesday through Sunday. Candidates should have the ability to stand for long periods of time, work on the outside patio and lift and carry 40 pound cases of wine. In addition, this position requires a valid driver's license, dependable vehicle and the candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
