Francois X. Aubrey

This brut sparkling wine is made using the Methode Traditionelle. This method was refined in the Champagne region of France, and is a two step process allowing the fermentation to happen in the bottle. Enjoy notes of lemon, marmite, brioche, and hazelnut. The namesake of our winery, Francois X. Aubrey, was a French Canadian who became the most famous speed and distance rider in the United States. He set many records while riding on the Santa Fe Trail.
