Aubrey Vineyards Select Series showcases the winemaker’s exploration into producing special wines in limited quantities or with unique characteristics.  Oak aging enhances the classic dark berry fruit notes along with the cracked pepper ending of this Oaked Chambourcin.

Freshly harvested Traminette grapes were fermented on the skins, similar to the red winemaking process. Extended skin contact enhances the natural tannins and complements the delicate floral notes. This resulted in a dry Traminette with an elegant and refined finish that we think you will find interesting.
