JUST RELEASED ON JUNE 15TH!
This semi-sweet, lively rosé was made from red Frontenac grapes. Grapes were gently pressed shortly after harvesting in order to extract less color. The juice was then fermented cold in order to capture all of the bright fruity aromas and flavors. Aromas of rose petals and strawberries are followed by intense flavors of pomegranate and tart cherry with a rich sweetness that pleasantly sits on the palate.
