Aubrey Vineyards Select Series showcases the winemaker's exploration into producing special wines in limited quantities or with unique characteristics. Without the typical oaked barrel aging, the Cabernet Sauvignon showcases dark fruit with natural tannic leather notes bursting through for pure and unexpected enjoyment. All winemaking work from fermentation through production with these hand-picked grapes from the vineyard slopes of California was performed on site at Aubrey Vineyards.
